La canasta en el último segundo para dar la victoria a los Nets de Jordi Fernández
Los Brooklyn Nets de Jordi Fernández consiguieron la victoria en el último segundo gracias a una canasta sobre la bocina de Nic Claxton (16 puntos y 9 rebotes) después de coger el rebote ofensivo. En un partido que Cam Johnson brilló por encima de los demás con 23 puntos.
El encuentro estaba destinado a la prórroga cuando Keon Johnson falló un triple, pero apareció Claxton para dar la victoria a los suyos. De esta forma, el equipo del técnico español se aferran a la pelea para entrar en los play in y hunden a los 76ers. Los Nets tienen la posibilidad de empatar a los Bulls en la décima plaza.
