Una de las imágenes de la semana es la de Lawrence Stroll, propietario de Aston Martin y padre de Lance Stroll, abandonando el circuito de Sakhir con gesto de abatimiento. Era el jueves, el día en el que Fernando Alonso estuvo en el coche todo el día, tras ver que el español no podía acercarse a menos de 3,9 segundos de Leclerc y su mejor tiempo de ese jornada. El viernes fue peor aún.
