Samahara Lobatón lanza podcast y Magaly Medina la cuestiona con ironía: “¿Cómo no aburrirse persiguiendo a tu esposo?”

The host Magaly Medina didn’t hesitate to share her thoughts regarding Samahara Lobatón‘s new project, which was recently announced as her own podcast titled “Mapa Sin Filtro”, focused on offering advice for parents.

However, the journalist questioned the capability of Melissa Klug‘s daughter to lead such content, particularly due to her incessant romantic controversies. During the latest edition of Magaly TV La Firme aired on February 20, Medina criticized the inconsistency between the message Lobatón aims to convey and her personal life, highlighting her relationship with Bryan Torres.

The host expressed her disappointment that the former reality star continues to attend events or concerts with the father of her child, despite being accused of infidelity by at least six women.

“Now Samahara has changed the name of her so-called podcast. After the embarrassing situation with her partner and the father of her child, with all those communications with half of Peru that went public, she has decided to go solo. It was originally called ‘Mapa’ for mom and dad, but now it’s just her.”, noted the journalist.

One of the most striking remarks from Medina was regarding Samahara Lobatón‘s credibility to lead a podcast on motherhood.

“Hey, but this girl, ‘Mapa’… I don’t know what ‘Mapa’ means. It says: ‘And the ‘Pa’? Where is the ‘Pa’?’ Now she claims she’ll be the only one hosting. But she can’t even manage her own life properly; how can she host a podcast aimed at mothers?”, questioned the presenter.

Samahara, in her project announcement, indicated that she would include expert participants in psychology to provide useful advice to parents. Nevertheless, Medina was blunt in stating that instead of giving tips, Lobatón should be the one receiving guidance.

“She claims she will have psychologists with her, but it should be the psychologists who sit her down for coaching, for therapy,” Medina ironically stated.

On social media, Samahara Lobatón promoted her podcast with a message assuring that she would share her experiences as a mother alongside professionals.

“After several weeks of hard work, my new baby is coming, Mapa Sin Filtro. I will speak from my experience as a mother, alongside professionals, so we can jot down the best tips. I invite you to follow us. Thank you for all the love.”, wrote Lobatón.

However, Medina responded with harsh criticism regarding the inconsistency between her role as a mother and her personal conduct. “Your experience as a mother might be valid, but your experience as a woman is questionable. Because a mother is also a woman. And to set an example for your daughters on how a respected and valued woman should behave, you are not serving as an example at all,” the journalist stated firmly.

One of Medina‘s primary concerns was the attitude exhibited by Samahara Lobatón concerning her relationship with Bryan Torres, whom she continues to accompany at each unveiling or nightlife event, despite allegations of infidelity against him.

“How can a woman who considers herself empowered and claims to have control of her life allow a man to publicly humiliate her in the way Bryan does?”, Medina inquired. She also criticized the young woman for spending weekends at nightlife events while leaving her infant at home.

“How can a woman who truly loves herself chase after a man as if she were his sidekick or nanny? Please! I say, now streaming is accessible; anyone can have a YouTube channel, anyone can start a podcast. But how many people are really going to tune in to a woman who clearly needs advice herself?”, Medina added.

“What tips will she give? How to avoid being bored while following your husband?” One of Medina’s hardest comments was when she mocked the content Samahara might provide in her podcast. “What could she tell other mothers? That they should leave their children at home to follow their husbands everywhere? That they should accompany their partners to concerts until four in the morning? Oh, dear! That will be the first tip: ‘How not to be bored chasing your husband,’” she said sarcastically.

The host made it clear that she finds it hard to believe Samahara Lobatón intends to position herself as a figure of guidance for other mothers, when her own life exemplifies the opposite.

“What exactly do we have to learn from her? How to raise a child while tracking your partner from nightspot to nightspot? Please! Being a mother isn’t just about changing diapers; it’s also about setting an example,” she concluded.
