In the final stages of the process, Senator María Fernanda Cabal, who acknowledged the results, requested the publication of the complete data from the internal polls and the corresponding audit to “strengthen public trust and clear any doubts that may arise regarding the transparency of the procedure.”
In this context, the senator and presidential candidate of the Centro Democrático expressed her confidence in the results presented by the party, despite the challenges that arose during the internal contest.
“I have full faith in the party and understand an audit has been contracted that is reviewing the entire process, and we are completely convinced that everything will turn out well,” the presidential candidate stated on W Radio.
