To claim your prize, present the original ticket without any alterations, with clear and legible letters; a copy of your citizenship ID enlarged to 150%; and a completed SIPLAFT form, which can be found at a sales point.

Next, you’ll select the winning combination consisting of four digits from 0 to 9, plus a zodiac sign. You can also choose from all 12 zodiac signs to increase your chances of winning.

Once your bet is set, payment ranges from 500 pesos to 10,000 pesos per ticket. The higher the payment, the larger the prize for winning.

To win the grand prize, all four numbers and the zodiac sign of your bet must match the day’s results, but you can still win with as little as two matches.

The grand prize, awarded to those who guess all four digits and the sign, is calculated by multiplying 42,000 times the amount bet. For matching three digits plus the sign, the payout is 1,000 times the bet amount. Those who match two digits and the sign will receive 100 times the bet amount.

It’s important to note that prizes under 182 UVT ($8,565,830) can be claimed at authorized sales points of each distributor. For prizes equal to or greater than 182 UVT, the winner must visit a SuRed or Super Giros sales point to validate their win; subsequently, the prize will be disbursed at Banco de Occidente via check.

Prizes from Super Astro are subject to two main taxes:

A withholding tax of 20% applicable to prizes equal to or greater than 48 UVT (approximately $1,709,136 to $2,259,120, depending on the source), which corresponds to a tax on winnings from games of chance.

The Financial Transaction Tax (GMF), also known as the 4×1000 tax, is charged on financial transactions at the moment of depositing or withdrawing the prize money. This indirect tax is borne by the prize beneficiary.

Moreover, for prizes exceeding 182 UVT (around $6,600,000 to $8,500,000 based on different references), the payment will be processed via bank transfer after these deductions are made before the net amount reaches the winner. These taxes are mandatory and deducted at the source to ensure compliance with tax regulations in Colombia.
