Fiscalía ya radicó escrito de acusación contra el exdirector del Dapre Carlos Ramón González, implicado en escándalo de la Ungrd

Carlos Ramón González, who served as the director of the Administrative Department of the Presidency (Dapre) and is currently a fugitive, is in hiding in Nicaragua. He is facing trial for his alleged involvement in the corrupt network of the National Unit for Disaster Risk Management (Ungrd). The former official, once considered a trusted associate of President Gustavo Petro, is set to be charged in this high-profile case.
This was confirmed by the Attorney General of the Nation, Luz Adriana Camargo, who detailed the reasons for advancing this legal process against González, currently taking refuge in the dictatorship of Nicaragua.
“As you may know, a request for an indictment hearing was submitted yesterday against ministers (Ricardo) Bonilla and (Luis Fernando) Velasco. Today, the indictment against former minister Carlos Ramón González has been filed. This means we are moving forward to the trial phase with Carlos Ramón. Regardless of his absence and his fugitive status, a red notice can still be issued against him,” she stated.
