Making better use of electricity can lead to a reduction in your electricity bill and help in preserving the environment.

For this, ESSA has several recommendations to help you manage your electricity consumption effectively:

Use LED bulbs, which are more efficient and longer-lasting than traditional incandescent bulbs.

Reducing the use of electronic devices, including unplugging them when not in use, is another option.

Turning off lights in unused areas is important for lowering electricity consumption.

Take advantage of natural sunlight to reduce light usage to only nighttime hours.

Monitor the condition of appliances, as faulty devices may consume more electricity.
